It's no secret that Americans have added some weight to their bodies over these past few years.
 
Even prior to Covid we were, as a nation tipping the scales as our natural settings for fullness and satiety were challenged and even bombarded with advertising for junk food and messages that enough was never enough. Add in some anxiety and eating goes off the rails. However, we do indeed have natural mechanisms that tell us when to stop eating. 
 
Watch an infant who is being fed by spoon or breastfed and they instinctively turn away from the food source when done. They instinctively feel fullness.
Hypnosis helps to reset that "appestat" to a more normalized way of eating.
I have helped countless numbers of clients lose weight. Some have dropped more than 150 pounds and the effects tend to be lasting.
 
By reaching the subconscious via the relaxation that hypnosis provides, most people notice an immediate effect and express that they are full after eating about half a meal. Additionally, it shifts them into choosing better foods and are often now turned off to sugary and carb laden junk.
